Popcorn with Present Pile

This card is for a 3 year old girl so i made a conscious effort to avoid pearl, jewels etc so as not to put anything on it that could be harmful to a small child. Again i have used an 8x8" card for this one which are ideal for these larger popcorn stamps.

Products used:
  • Stamp: Popcorn with present pile
  • Papers: DCWV Nana's nursery and Cardstock
  • Embellishments: Cars candy, Ribbon Bow
  • Coloured with: Prisma pencils
  • Tools: Nestabilities, Sizzix Alphabet Dies, Cutlebug Number Dies
I am entering this card for the Crafter Companion Companion June Challenge which is a fab sketch.

Souffle on a Golf Tee

This is the second in a series of four thank you card i have been asked to make with golfing theme. As the image for this was so small i have had to use quite a few frames and borders to make it big enough to be the focal point.

  • Stamps - Popcorn Souffle on a Tee, Kars Circle Frames and Stampasaurus greeting
  • Papers - DCWV
  • Embellishments - Mini Pearls
  • Coloured with - Prisma Pencils
  • Tools Used - Nestabilities, Martha Stewart Edge Punch

Golfing Popcorn

I was asked for four 6x6" thank you cards with a golfing theme. I only have four suitable images so had to use them all and as this popcorn stamp was too big to use the whole image I cropped it so i was only using the top half.

Products used:
  • Stamps: Popcorn Golfing and Hero Arts Sentiment
  • Papers: K&Co and DCWV
  • Embellishments: Golf ball made using a circle nestability embossed with the bubbles folder, Decorative Ribbon.
  • Tools: Scorebugs for mock stitching, Nestabilites, Bubbles Embossing Folder, Prisma Pencils, White and Blue Pens.

Popcorn Reading

Haven't managed to upload anything for a week or so as all the cards I've done have had a lot of mirror card on and i've not figured out a way to successfully photograph them yet without the reflection ruining the pitures.

Decided to try out one of the Popcorn stamps I bought aged ago, i bought about a dozen of them but have only used a couple of them. I tried colouring this one with Prisma Colour Pencils which had worked a lot better than my previous attempts at colouring Popcorn.

Products used:
  • Papers - Paper Adventures, HOTP
  • Stamped Images - Popcorn the Bear
  • Embellishments - Black pearls, Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Satin Edged Organza Ribbon.
  • Tools used - Primsa Pencils, Paperstumps (for blending), Nestabilities

I coloured the images using Primsa color pencils and blended using sansador, the image and backing panels and background paper with black card and finished it with the two ribbon and the black pearls.
