Schoolgirl Tilda

This cards is using an image that someone had stamped for me quite a while ago (before i bought any Tilda stamps). Unfortunatley at the time I wasn't happy with any of the images I coloured as they were stamped on the back of hammer card and I couldn't get a good effect with the watercolour techinques i was using.

As i thought this image was really sweet I thought i'd give them a try using my Prisma Pencils - The effect isn't quite as good as on the smooth white card i've been using to stamp on but I think its turned out ok.

Products used:

  • Papers - Paper Adventures, Papermania & DCWV Cardstock
  • Stamped Images - Schoolgirl Tilda
  • Embellishments - Pearls, Paperflowers, Ribbon, Beadcap and Pearl Brad
  • Tools used - Primsa Pencils, Swirl Stitching Template, Paperstumps (for blending), Nestabilites

I coloured the images using Primsa color pencils and blended using sansador, cut the oval mats with nestabilties, used a swirl stitching template to guide what pattern to lay the pearls in and finished it with layered paper flower bead cap and pearl brad.

I'm entering this for the following challenges:
